Maddy Comes home!

Finally the day is here! MADDY COMES HOME!

of course I was so excited that I forgot my camera. Elisha was such a good big sister, She starred at Maddy on the car ride home and couldn't wait to hold her.

I'm so glad she is home and healthy and I can just enjoy time now. No more running back and forth to the hospital to make her feedings.

Craft day!

I have been on the search for plates to go on my plate stand in my kitchen for a month now and late last night I came up with a great idea.. craft day with Ellie!

So off we went today to Color Me Mine.

What a fun time, She loved it! We will be going back for other fun projects very soon.

I helped with the hand print and she pretty much took over after that. She could have filled the entire plate with colors. She kept running back and getting different size polka dot stamps.

Concentrating so hard!

She was so careful and kept doing her "hmmmmm" face and thinking of what to do next.

She was thrilled when she got to be a big girl and use the paint brush.

I added the final touches of the  "E" and white dots on. I have such a little smarty pants, As i was drawing the E she tells me its "E" for her :)

After our little craft excursion we went to the mall and shopped a bit and then I let her decide what to do for lunch, She loves "dog-dogs" (hot dogs, corn dogs etc) so I assumed we would end up at hot dog on a stick but she chose the little bakery deli, GREAT CHOICE!! It was delicious and She ate really well.

And after a long day being a big girl she fell asleep in the car on the way home.

I had such a fun day with her, I realized that my little baby is growing up so fast. She is so independent and bossy most of the time but I'm glad she has a mind of her own. But at the end of the day she is still my cuddly little baby.

I'm so glad that she is my little shadow.

Grocery shopping with lil Miss Independent

My little Ellie is so independent! She insists we grocery shop at Smiths because they have the carts that are her size. She does a really good job pushing it around the store, into the back of my ankles and legs AND adding anything to the cart that her little heart desires. Yep there sure is FOUR boxes of Popsicles!

She even knows how to use the self check out.

Potty Trained!

Its official ELLIE IS FULLY POTTY TRAINED!
I am so proud of her. She has been wearing her big girl panties for almost 5 months but today marks one full week of no “ups” to bed and no accidents.
She is such a big girl! She did have a hard time not having a tippy cup at night but she is getting better.

Dishwasher

My Dishwasher not only cleans the dirty dishes it is also the reason the dishes get dirty!

Elisha is such a big helper with everything. She loves the get the step stool and will stand and wash all the dirty dishes until there are none left.



and by her doing the dishes the floor under her gets a nice wash too...





I love my little shadow and Im so glad she is such a big helper.

My Climber

Ellie is staying true to her nickname "Monkey" she loves to climb onto anything no matter how high it is. I swear she is going to make my heart stop one of these days.

This is how she has been watching her t.v. in her room lately.. she climbs on her toybox and she hangs out... I even caught her with an uncooked bowl of noodles on top of her toy box that she was snackin on!


She is such a happy little girl. when I caught her doing this she just smiled at me.
